Three Veterans will be attending the Reunion on Saturday 23 April, 2022 Two Veterans will attend the Melbourne ANZAC Day March and one Veteran will attend the ANZAC Day March at Ocean Grove, Geelong

The weekend will include the Reunion and ANZAC Day March

Date: Saturday 23rd April 2022 – 10:30am – 4pm
Where: Dutch Club – Abel Tasman (Carnegie Hall)

Cost: $50 AUD per head


Date: Monday 25th April 2022
Time: Melbourne city finishing at the Shrine of Remembrance Time and place for assembly to be notified.
After proceedings – Laying of wreath at the Association Tree

Reunion Program:

10:30 am – Arrival, Welcome, Registration and Fellowship
11:30 am – Welcome address Incl Roll Call, Anthems & Reunion Song Official Toasts
12:00 pm – LUNCH Sit down – Served at table (Bar drinks to be at own cost) 1:00 pm – Official Ceremonies
2:00 pm – Fellowship
3:45 pm – Closing Toast & Cake Cutting
4:00 pm – Close of Reunion – Till We Meet Again

In the event of an unexpected cancellation before 15th April 2022, you will receive a full refund of the paid amount.

What we need to know:

  • Position: eg: Armourer Your relationship to 18 Sqn member:
    ie: (Father, Grand Father, Uncle etc) Which service: RAAF or NEI
    Other ie: your organization Any special Dietary requirements.

What to bring:

  • Any memorabilia to go onto the static display table. So as not to get damaged please ensure that photos are in plastic sleeved folders and folder marked with your name.
  • An A4 laminated sheet with a picture of your 18Sqn Veteran and short Bio would be great. Many people would be interested in this. They can go into a folder for future celebrations.
  • Also bring smiles, friendship and family stories.

We will follow the Victorian government Covid-19 regulations

By Train: Carnegie station is not far from the club and train trip is 30 mins from Melbourne Flinders Street Station.

By Car: Limited Street Parking & Car park within walking distance to venue
